An Independent Nonprofit Built for Research
Learnology Labs, Inc. is an independent nonprofit research institute headquartered in Running Springs, California. We were incorporated as a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation in June 2024 and are recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3). Research is our primary organizational purpose: our articles of incorporation dedicate the organization’s assets irrevocably to its educational and scientific mission, and all revenue is reinvested in our research programs.
We are not affiliated with, or a subsidiary of, any parent organization. Our work is supported by grants, contracts, and charitable contributions.
